Environmentally Sustainable Management

We adopt a robust regime of monitoring and checking all components that are incorporated or removed from site.

Our comprehensive waste management plan ensures that all materials sent for re-use, recycling or landfill are documented, checked and collated. Our subcontractors are bound under the terms of our sub-contract agreements to provide us with evidence of any waste disposal that they have carried out.

Materials and equipment incorporated into the building are checked against the specification. Both visual and documentation checks are made to ensure that the specification is rigidly adhered to. Any changes are approved by the specifying consultant prior to proceeding. All mechanical and electrical systems are monitored and commissioned by an independent commissioning agent, thus ensuring professional unbiased information on the quality and suitablility of the installation.

Strict control is key to successful projects and this control is extended to environmentally sustainable components.
